Consider these mailing bags for small, non-fragile items that do not require a rigid box. Measure the item in its packed condition and allow room to close the bag. Usable internal dimensions have not been verified; contact us before ordering if fit is tight. Select a padded mailer or box when your item needs a different packaging format.

Shipping & returns

We ship from our California warehouse to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international addresses. Standard shipping is $8 when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $35; eligible orders of $35 or more ship free. The threshold excludes taxes and shipping.

Order processing takes 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday excluding holidays. The cutoff is 8:00 a.m. America/Los_Angeles (Pacific Time), with daylight saving time applied automatically. Orders placed after cutoff or on non-business days begin processing the next business day. We do not promise same-day shipment. Transit begins after the carrier receives your package. We select a shipping carrier based on your destination and package. We do not guarantee a specific carrier. Tracking information is provided after shipment. See our shipping policy.

Request a return within 30 days after delivery by contacting questluna2024@gmail.com before returning anything. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and with complete packaging; the buyer purchases the return label and pays return shipping. For defective, damaged or incorrectly sent products, we provide a prepaid return label; these claims are not subject to the ordinary-return unused condition. No restocking fee. We do not offer direct exchanges; return for a refund and place a new order. Within 5 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the return, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time.
