Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Within the United States
We currently focus on shipping to customers within the United States.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $35.

Free Shipping
Free U.S. standard shipping is available on eligible orders of $35 or more.

Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier service, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available at checkout for eligible orders. Available delivery times and rates will be shown during checkout.

Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships. Please allow some time for tracking details to update after the carrier receives the package.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Questluna Drop is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
