Shipping Origin and Service Area

Orders ship from our warehouse in Ontario, California. We currently ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military postal regions, or international destinations.

Order Processing and Cutoff

Our regular processing days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Our daily cutoff is 8:00 a.m. in the America/Los_Angeles time zone (Pacific Time), which automatically observes daylight saving time.

Orders placed after the cutoff or on a non-business day begin their 1–2-business-day processing period on the next business day. We do not guarantee same-day shipment.

We may pack orders internally on Sundays, but Sunday is not a regular processing or carrier-receipt day. Sunday packing does not mean the carrier has received your package.

Standard Shipping Rates

For the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC, standard shipping is $8 when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $35. Eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of $35 or more after discounts receive free standard shipping. The threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping charges.

Carrier Receipt and Tracking

Transit begins after the carrier receives your package. Creating a shipping label does not mean the carrier has received your package.

We select a shipping carrier based on your destination and package. We do not guarantee a specific carrier.

We provide tracking information after shipment. Tracking updates may begin after the carrier receives and scans your package.

Delivery timing depends on the order cutoff, processing days, holidays, carrier receipt, and transit. We do not guarantee a fixed delivery date or a universal number of days from order placement.
